Touch targets need to be large enough in order to minimise task completion time and error rate
Picking distinctive brightness contrasts, less colourful to improve legibility
Rapid Concept Testing
Task 1: to stand in front of Kiosk and you have to balance boxes on your head to win a prize
Aim: to understand how different customers would react to this
interactive game
Inference:

Motion tracking Gestures
This test helped in realizing user preference for operating gestures
This allows the system to monitor and analyze human gestures and motions in real-time.
Gestures that include hand movements, arm gestures, or even full-body motions were preferred for same controls by different people
Interactive Spacing
Intuitive interactions with digital signage without the need for physical touch
Ergonomically challenging since it requires you to stand still without lifting your leg, which puts strain on your body

Users with disability are happy with voice interface but most got problem with language and accent change
Multi-Directional Gestures
